We respect your privacy and keep things simple. This page explains what data we collect, why, and how you can control it.

What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile photo. When you use the color analysis feature, we process photos you upload to detect skin tone and recommend color palettes. We do not store raw photos permanently — they are processed and discarded. We also collect basic usage data (pages visited, features used) through analytics tools to improve the app.

How we use it

We use your information solely to provide and improve Outfit Of the Day. Your photos are used only for color analysis and are not shared with third parties for any other purpose. We do not sell your personal data.

Third-party services

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate the app. These include Google Gemini for AI analysis, Google and Apple for authentication, and Firebase and Mixpanel for anonymous usage analytics. A full list is available on our Subprocessors page.

Data retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us at [email protected]. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. If you are located in the EU or UK, you also have rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and a small number of analytics cookies (Firebase, Mixpanel) to understand how the app is used. We do not use advertising cookies.
